Thank You for passing by and for your interest in my work. My name is Valentina and in this blog I'm telling about my passionate hobby-"Jewelry making", that slowly over the years become small craft-business.
Originally I'm from Uzbekistan, but last 10 years, because of my husband work we were travelling a lot , mostly within Egypt and Germany.
In Tashkent in 1995 I got a diploma in Macroeconomic...and even worked couple of years in the Bank...well if then...someone would tell me I will be creative...I would be very skeptic...at least. But....
I started make jewelry shortly after my third child ,which is my second daughter (can be a small puzzle :) ) was born. Therefore I strongly believe, that in my case children were the booster of my creativity.....After 3 of them....it had reached dangerous level and urgently needed a media to "get out". Well, exactly at this moment I needed a necklace to match newly knitted pullover....and that was it....knitting needles laying since then in the cellar :) And jewelry-making occupied whole free-time I had (before it was evenly distributed between a lot of hobbies)
Apart from Jewelry-making and occasional children-rising :) I'm also very interested in yogic knowledge...not only practice (which is frankly speaking...sometimes more intensive...and sometimes i wish it would be more intensive) I also very interested in the spiritual and scientific works that a lot of yogis such as Shivananda, Vivikananda, Ajengar and many others wrote, trying to help us, modern people to understand the ancient wisdom.
Lately, I'm trying to create original designs...and make a written tutorials for them which are mostly posted at Jewelry Lessons...and some are also on My DaWanda That's a lot of fun...and helps me to develop my own skills as a wire-worker and an instructor....Oh...as an instructor since 3-d year I'm volunteering in my daughter school and leading there Jewelry-making club.
